FYI of the Day: While scouting around the Westchester area, Scouting NY decided to head down to Rye Playland — the amusement park where the Zoltar machine was located at the end of Big — only to find the fortune teller’s spot is now occupied by a Pepsi machine.

Which makes sense since it’s a machine that makes you big.

White Bean Hummus. From scratch.

Inspired by the dip from Trader Joe’s. Cheaper and better ;)

White bean hummus (cannelini beans, olive oil, salt, pepper) topped with pesto (basil, pine nuts, olive oil, garlic, Parmesan cheese, salt, pepper), sun-dried tomatoes, and toasted pine nuts.

Take it, Trader Joe’s.
